Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping Schedule & Handling
Once an order is received, goods will be despatched either on the same day or next working day. All goods excluding garden furniture will be sent on a next day delivery service, however once your order is despatched from our warehouse the delivery timescales rely on our couriers and we cannot accept any responsibility for a delayed order.
Garden furniture will be sent direct from the manufacturer and will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days.
From time to time there may also be a slight delivery delay on certain items, but this will be advised within the product information and you will be notified by email.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed at our website credit card numbers are encrypted and sent directly to our Merchant Clearance bank, BANK OF SCOTLAND PLC. We do not receive or hold this information and BANK OF SCOTLAND debit your account and credit ours directly. Debits to your account will appear as follows: PAYPAL *SEENTERPRIS
The Paypal payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Our internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Paypal to obtain secure information.
The transfer of the less sensitive transaction details from the retailer's site to Paypal is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.
Security for the Shopper
Any communication between the customer and Paypal is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the customer's browser. The customer is also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuer.
All data stored on Paypal systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases.

If you are a consumer and you order any item from us you have the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the order and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires within seven working days beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the goods (hereinafter the "UK Statutory Right of Cancellation").
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Goods should therefore be securely packaged. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery, for your protection.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part, or the items are damaged or faulty.
